Introduction

We are Cayla Younger, Parisa Yazdani, and Bridget Chen. We are all rising juniors at BASIS Scottsdale that hope to work in the medical field in the future. Our goal is to educate others about how women can succeed and accomplish amazing things within the medical field. Originally, it was much harder for women to work in the medical field compared to men. We hope to teach you about the women who have broken barriers and became leaders in their respective fields, as well as introduce you to current women working in the medical industry through interviews and articles.
